Terms of use
For authorized private backup administration only.
Scope
SPORTXCHANGE Backups is intended for authorized administrators of the SPORTXCHANGE NFL simulation and the connected Google Drive account. It is not a public signup or paid backup service.
Operator responsibilities
The operator must have permission to back up the source data and use the selected Drive account. The operator is responsible for protecting authorization credentials and encryption passwords, maintaining storage capacity, monitoring failures, and testing restoration. Keep recovery credentials separately from the server and backup storage.
Service limitations
Backups or restoration may fail because of expired authorization, service outages, storage limits, configuration errors, or other conditions. No uptime, recovery-time, or recovery-point guarantee is provided. A successful upload alone does not establish that a backup can be restored.
No trading authorization
This tool and website do not authorize trading, payments, fees, or regulated activities, and do not provide a public trading service.
