Privacy policy
This policy describes the private SPORTXCHANGE Backups administrative tool.
Purpose and Google Drive permissions
Google authorization is used to operate and verify backups for the SPORTXCHANGE NFL simulation in the authorized operator's Google Drive. The tool requests the drive.file permission for files it creates or that the operator specifically authorizes. It is not intended to access unrelated Drive files.
Information handled
Backups may contain simulation records, synthetic identifiers, configuration, and application data-protection keys. Operational records may include backup filenames, timestamps, file sizes, and verification results. Authorization credentials are retained on the server to enable backup access; the tool does not request or store the operator's Google password.
Storage and protection
The backup workflow is intended to encrypt backup contents before upload. Encryption must be configured and verified before sensitive backups are uploaded. Working copies and operational logs may remain on the server; Google Drive is the operator-selected off-server storage destination. Encryption recovery credentials must be retained separately by the operator.
Use and access
Google user data is used only to operate and verify this backup workflow. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Access is limited to authorized administration and recovery activities and the storage services used for that purpose.
Retention and deletion
The operator controls backup retention and deletion. Revoking the tool's Google access does not automatically delete existing backups. Deleting backups or losing encryption recovery credentials may make recovery impossible.
